My friend who has a 6 month old told me about a lactation tea that increases your milk supply. I'm due in January and can't remember the kind of tea, any help??
just wanted to add that i wouldnt drink anything or take any supplements until 3 weeks after your baby arrives. it takes that long for your supply to regulate, and to know whether or not you have supply problems.
- seems to work. I bought it on Amazon, and have been drinking 3 cups per day. Either my milk has been coming in on its own (it was delayed because of emergency C-section, etc), or the Mother's Milk Tea is working!

Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother's Milk

I use a tea called Breastea, you get it from breastea.com
It's worked great for me! I would definitely wait until a lactation consultant tells you to use it or you know for sure that you have low milk supply.
