LO gets pretty gassy after nursing (I EBF) but we have a hard time burping him. We burp him over the shoulder, then lie him tummy down across our lap, repeat back and forth for 30 minutes and we just *might* get a burp from him. If he's fast asleep, he doesn't burp at all. The problem is, he then gets really fussy and uncomfortable; or if he's asleep, he sleeps fidgety (waking up every few minutes to give out a yelp). We often find him burping > 1 hour after feeding when we pick him up.
Do you have any effective way to burp your baby? He seems so uncomfortable and miserable when he doesn't burp, and that makes us miserable too!
