So at my last midwife appointment I was told this LO is face up "sunny side up" or Posterior. My midwife didn't say much about it, just that it could turn, and to spend time on all fours or swimming to see if that can help.
Since then I have been a bit obsessed with this. I want to have a natural unmediated birth. I keep trying to think, lots of women have natural births with a posterior baby, but then after doing a bit of research, there are lots of things can go wrong, and labour can be much harder, as well the baby getting stuck during birth.
Did anybody else have a sunny side up baby? I was never worried about birth before, and now I am constantly thinking "turn baby turn". I need to some how embrace the " my body was made for this" thinking again.
