Has anyone tried this method or plan on doing it to introduce solids to your LO? A friend of mine is doing it with her son and was talking to me about it this weekend. The more research I do on it the more it makes sense. I really don't want to do rice cereal in formula. I don't know a lot of other moms though that have used this method. Just looking for some feedback one way or the other!
