After getting blown off by 2 different pedis ("it's just reflux, she'll grow out of it"), and after the advice of some wonderful moms from TB, I decided to try going dairy-free. My LO (11 weeks) is a completely new baby! No more back arching and screaming most of the day, sleeps better and "spits up" less (it was more like vomit).
So any tips/resources you can share would be amazing. This is a huge dietary change for me and it's going to take awhile to get into a groove, especially around the holidays. Are babies with dairy sensitivity likely to grow out of it? TIA!
