speed up bruise recovery

My DS is now off and running and got a pretty good egg on his head. Its bruising pretty well as expected. Just wondering if Euricen or any other creams speed up the process. Or is it just one of those things that you have to let run its course?

Castor oil on a bruise works wonders.

Arnica helps as well.  It's a homeopathic remedy that comes in a cream form or the little balls that you dissolve with water.

You can also by a gel formula, too.  You have to rub it in only a couple of times and no bruise or swelling.Dr. Oz recommends it.

A friend swears by vitamin E. You buy it in gelcaps and pop it open on  the bruise.

Oh that's right, Hylands makes a bumps and bruises stick that I believe is mainly arnica.
