Anybody ever try a pole fitness class? My friend swears by it. She has lost over 20 pounds and her abs are amazing. I am so incredibly shy when it comes to trying new things infront of people I don't know. But I am thinking of fun ways to jump start a exercise routine. Anyone had a good or bad experience in a pole fitness class? Also, what was the dress attire. I was thinking of tennis shoes and capri workout pants and a tank top. Will this work, or should I break out the clear lucite heels. lol?
