I've been fighting tension headaches since before pregnancy and was being treated quite effectively with acupuncture for them. However, now a lot of the effective points are no longer able to be used due to the pregnancy.
I have found the best way I'm able to control them is with some caffeine. If I feel one coming on, I have a small cup of coffee and it helps so much for me!
I also bought an eye pillow that I can put in the freezer. When they get bad or it's later at night and I don't want caffeine, I lay down with that over my eyes and it is also very soothing for me.
