I'm in my 12th week, i've noticed that I have been pretty good at breakfast (as long as I drink water first, then a granola bar, then breakfast about an hour later and then my coffee) and lunch I'm super good, BUT dinner, oh my! if I don't eat in a certain time frame, forget it! I get nauseous! I do try to eat and it's only half or less that I can choke down. And then I wake up in the morning hungry!
Anyone else having this problem? if so what do you do?
