Are they? Are they important? My doctor never said anything about them, and quite frankly I hadn't even thought about doing them until last week when my SIL mentioned doing them routinely and I was like, "Mmmm, yeah, I'm 29 weeks and I don't even really know exactly what they are."
TMI moment here, but I haven't gotten to the point, (perhaps I will...) where I pee a little because I sneeze, or because baby kicks me in a certain place, or such. I've had close calls, but I've managed to keep ahead of baby. ;) Kegels are just for controlling that, right? Or do they help a lot with labor as well?
IDK. Is this one of those things where EVERYONE should be doing it, or is this one of those things some women skip and are just okie-dokie?
