My 11 week old DS just hates Tummy Time. I'm looking for how others have made it through Tummy Time. We do 5 or 10 minutes at a time with a goal of 30 minutes a day. We put him on the floor for 15-20 minutes and on an exercise ball or my DH/me for the remaining time. The pediatrician said that he must do a push up and hold his head back at a 90 degree angle along with bearing weight in his legs to pass his 4 month check-up.
What suggestions do you have for me? TIA!
