I'm going through the same thing. I have been getting very upset. I work with kids all day, so I have been good holding it together at work, but when I get home, I unfortunately take it out on my husband. I'm so irritable with EVERYTHING the past week.
I read that a good healthy "pregnancy diet" is supposed to help, unfortunately for me, the more I try to eat healthy, the more upset I get that I "shouldn't" eat the stuff I really, really want. I've given in, of course, but I haven't found anything to truly help. If you find a strategy that works, please post it!
