I'm almost 8 weeks along. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I've had terrible neck back pain. I never noticed this when pregnant with DS. I have tried working out doing zumba or any cardio but I get real dizzy. I'm gonna start walking again once it stops being so windy BC I don't want DS out in this wonderful Oklahoma wind. I've also been using icy hot. It helps wonders but I have always been active and I'm hating not being as active.
Any suggestions on yoga moves or stretching would be nice. Maybe I can do some without getting dizzy.
