I am sorry that really sucks!! I feel like I am constantly losing everything I put my hands on these days. I think you can get a new ipone for a reasonable price if you don't get the most current model. I have the 4s but I know you can get an iphone 4 for 50-99.00 provided that you have phone insurance or are at the renewal point in your contract. I am sorry you lost your pics too :-( I hope you are able to get a new one quickly.
Did you call the big box?? Sometimes things get turned in - - the other day we were walking to the parkinglot at the store here and DD noticed a glasses case on the ground in the parking lot and we turned it in... You never know!
