Make sure LO is used to a bottle, and I pumped three times a day. I basically woke up a day for the first day to do a run through. Basically to see how long it would take to get up, breastfeed, pump, breakfast, getting ready etc. By doing one run through I knew what worked and what didn't. Good luck
