chin/neck rash

Poor shmunchkin got a rash on her chin and neck due to spit up moisture filled clothes on her skin while at the store. I cleaned it, put some coconut oil on it and am keeping her diaper-only today to keep cloth off of it. It doesn't seem to bother her (thank goodness). Any advice what to put on her red little chin?

My LO had a bad rash that ended up as a yeast infection that needed meds... ugh. The pedi said you can use Aquaphor a few times a day, which makes a barrier against the spit-up/moisture.

  DD has a chin rash too now that she drools more from what I assume is teething...

I use baby powder in my LO's neck folds.  It keeps things nice and dry.

I used Weleda's diaper cream as a moisture barrier at night after bath time -rash cleared up within 2 days! I put some every 2-3 days to prevent it now that he is drooling like crazy, I think he is beginning the teething process.
