My DD has reflux so we tried it before resorting to medication. She was still quiet young and it constipated her a little.
Are you trying it for reflux?
gonnabeamom0811:we tried enfamil ar and it constipated my lo....we then tried target brand version and it has worked perfectly and its abt 10.00 cheaper
This was going to be my suggestion too. DD did not get constipated on the Parent's Choice AR from Walmart. Weird, huh? The store brands worked better in this case.
BethAndBen:We are trying it for reflux. The ped wanted us to switch and have her a RX for axid.
If your doctor wants to give you the rx anyway, I would just try that out first and see if it helps. My LO is on gentlease with prevacid and it seems to be doing the trick with her reflux. I wouldn't want to do a formula switch and add the medication at the same time anyway. Good luck!
