Motherlove More Milk Special Blend?

Has anyone has success with the special blend? The special blend has goat's rue, which is supposed stimulate mammary tissue and increase breast milk for women who did not increase in breast size during pregnancy (which was the case for me). I can no longer pump enough to keep up with DS so I am dipping into my small freezer stash. I've tried oatmeal, almond milk, etc. so I'm hoping this helps!

i had more milk plus at home and started taking it when my supply dipped. then my LC recommended taking it along with goat's rue. I think I responded really well when I added the goat's rue. i'd give it a try.

More Milk Plus helped me and I figure it falls in the "can't hurt" category.
