Middle name help?

My SO and I like the name Gabe (if we have a boy, two more weeks til we know!), it's one of the few names we agree on for a boy and personally, the only one I love.
However, I'm having trouble finding a middle name I like that fits!

Any ideas?

Are you doing Gabe as the name or nn for Gabriel? Is your last name short or long?

Well, I could do Gabe or Gabriel but my SO doesn't like Gabriel for some reason, so it'd just be Gabe as of right now

I hope you go with Gabriel. Gabe McDaid sounds funny together IMO. 

ETA: I kind of like Gabe Weston if you really want to stick with Gabe.

If you are sticking with Gabe and not Gabriel, then I would recommend:

Gabe Joseph

If you go with Gabe I would do Gabe Adam

If you convince your SO to go with Gabriel I would do Gabriel Lee.

I would push for Gabriel. Gabe McDaid is pretty rhyme-y. It wouldn't be so bad as a nickname, but give him Gabriel to fall back on.

If you're going to do Gabriel I would do a one or two syllable name, but if it's just Gabe I think you need something longer. Michael, Joseph and Adam are all also Bible names, just something to think about. Gabriel Michael would be two archangels names, a little overkill for me.
