I have heard amazing things about this toy, we don't have one for our son but many of my friends have it for their LO and they just rave about it!
I was in a store with him when he was like 2 months old and the one employee there told me if I were to get anything for him, it should be Sophie the Giraffe.
My LO doesn't care much for it. I think she only likes it because it squeaks, she prefers to chew on her munchkin twisty ball.
RA1109:It depends on your kid. I bought it for my first and he didn't really care for it, so I thought it was a waste of money. He absolutely loved his loopalooza so I thought that was the best toy ever. My second LO is obsessed with Sophie. He'll chew on anything but Sophie is the solver of all issues, all tears, and if I had to I'd buy ten to ensure we're never without one. So I think it CAN be worth every penny if your kid is one of the many who seemingly can't live without it!
This. DS is still lugging Sophie around at 14 months. He loves to squeak that toy!
