I'd also make sure you have a good stash of both disposable and non-disposable nursing pads to address leaking (I preferred non-disposable, but would use disposable for the gym because they're thinner and don't show through thin gym clothing as much).
More burp cloths/bibs than you think you'll need! We're pretty new at this, so we go through them like crazy because we end up with milk EVERYWHERE! I thought we had way too many burp cloths, but it's close to the right amount. I think we have 30 or so.
And nursing pads, like others have said. A good water bottle that you can easily open with one hand. I read on my kindle sometimes when I nurse and it's so convenient!

I like snacking on cashew nuts.
