Agreed...I feel smaller now than 2 weeks ago. This is baby #2 and I was told I'd be bigger quicker and its not like that at all.
I have gestational diabetes and due to the diet restrications have lost 10 lbs and maybe its becuase I'm larger to begin with, but i don't look prego. If you didn't know I was, you'd think its just a chubby belly. Next OB appointment isnt' for 2 more weeks for that peace of mind we are always looking for.
Anyone at 15 weeks feeling any movements??
I feel you on the "chubby belly". I look like I have drank one too many carbonated beverages! I have finally gained 1 1/2 LBS finally but have managed to stay constant until now and have been very lucky without any negative side effects of pregnancy besides bloating (I take extra progesterone). Although I do not feel like my belly has gotten "smaller" (because there isnt much there to begin with), I do feel like my bloating has decreased some.
I am not sure if I am feeling movement or not, but the other day while I was driving I had a few episodes of a tight fluttering feeling in my lower abdomen and thought maybe it was some movement. I wear scrubs to work and had stopped at home to put jeans on before I headed out for a family dinner.... I am thinking maybe baby did not like the confinement of mommy's "beginning to be too tight" jeans! HAH!!
Oh that is good you're going to the gym more, I've seem to lost that energy this week. I enjoy working out but I noticed if I go at my normal pace I start to get light cramps. I've had 2 previous miscarriages myself and worry still. I'm not showing just yet but my jeans are tighter...Has anyone got the belly band and if so is it comfortable to wear with jeans?
My bloat comes and goes so much its crazy. I was really bloated in the first tri - people wanted to touch my "bump"....but then it went away. Then I was diagnosed with a cyst and that contributed to bloating coming back....but now its disappearing again.....my weekly pictures look crazy...
How much I eat also has a direct effect on how big my bump is by the end of the day.
Normal to have, normal to lose. Not worth stressing about.
