Can I blame baby brain?

I'm about half way through the Thank you notes and realized I have made a spelling error in a couple of them (at least 2). I can re-write the 2 that I defiantly know about, but I've already sealed the ones that are done. Can I blame baby brain on my terrible mistake?

I'm SO not trying to be a brat by telling you that you wrote defiantly instead of definitely in your post.    That said, you can definitely blame baby brain!!!

 Also, I just recently read on pinterest that you can open a recently sealed envelope by sticking it in the freezer for a few hours.  No idea if that's true, but if it is, you could check and then reseal with tape or whatnot.
