Anyone else's knees hurt? Mine have been killing me. I am not swollen at all but my joints are just aching. Probably something to do with the 45+ lbs Ive gained.
Take a shower at night, and if you have a shower head on a hose, concentrate the water on your hips, knees and ankles/feet. Honestly, this is the only way I can sleep at night.
Drink extra water (beyond what you are already drinking). This has helped with keeping me un-swollen and therefore, less achey.
Put pillow(s) as needed between knees and/or ankles when you lay down at night (I find this helps decompress my knees and keeps my hips in line.
Keep your feet elevated when sitting/laying down.
