aden + anais lovey?

I am looking for a lovey because I read in the NCSS that it can be helpful for sleep. I am thinking about the aden + anais security blankets. Are they really small? There are only 2 reviews so it is hard to know if these are a good buy. I love my swaddle wraps so I am thinking these are basically they same just smaller? Anyone have them?

    They have these at BRU.  They are REALLY small, BRU's website says 16"x16".
