I am one of those creepy long-time lurkers (ha ha). I've been mostly lurking on BOTB since 2005, and lurking on TTTC since the board started.
I had trouble TTC my DD because of PCOS - it took 2 heartbreaking miscarriages (which still bring me to tears) and 18 months TTC before I got pregnant with my "sticky baby." My beautiful DD, Charlotte, was born in February 2008.
DH and I are now trying to TTC baby #2. I am so scared at the possibility of losing more babies because of my miscarriage history and PCOS. I'm going to see my OB on 11/11 to see if she has any recommendations, and I'll most likely have to see an endocrinologist again to get a prescription for Metformin in order to (hopefully) safely conceive.
I know that I don't need the most invasive procedures that many of the ladies on TTTC do, but I truly feel for all of you and hope to be able to share this journey with you.

After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

krissy - thanks for the warm welcome, although I do feel guilty accepting it because you've been through so much...
Sounds like you have been through a lot as well!
IF sucks. No matter how long/short or whatever procedures we have been through.

krissy - again, thank you so much for the warm welcome.
As I alluded to earlier, I feel kind of shy posting on this board, as I do have a DD and didn't need the most invasive procedures to conceive her, although it did take a lot of heartache and quite a long time. I read some of your most recent blog entries and want you to know that I will most definitely pray for your struggles and your stepdad's as well. I know you'll be a wonderful mother.
God bless,
Lisa
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Hi Lisa, welcome to the board! Hope your stay here isn't too long and good luck with TTC #2!
