Milk - I crave milk a lot
DH and my dog - we recently moved from Canada to Scotland and they help me from being too sad. I think being pregnant has made me more emotional.
phone - helps while missing my family.
jrew2u:I have somehow reverted to a college kids diet of Top ramen, Peanutbutter M&Ms, and apple juice.
This is me, too. Ramen noodles have become my favorite lunch and apple juice spikes my blood sugar enough in the morning to be able to eat.

Real Lemon juice to add to ice water to make it tolerable
those Schneiders fake-chicken nuggets. Delicious, plain enough that they don't make me puke and packed with protein.
