So I posted earlier today about asking the doctor if you are taking those gummy prenatal vitamins if you need any supplements like iron or calcium (since they don't contain any of it). Well I received a phone call back from my nurse and she said that as long as your lab work is fine (which mine is) you don't need iron but I should be taking calcium supplements. Also, these particular vitamins only have 800 mcg of folic acid and we really should be getting at least 1g. So she recommended me take folic acid supplements also.
