Do you prefer the spelling of Damian or Damien? Is there a particular reason for the two different spellings?
Also, I'm brainstorming MNs to go with this name. Any recs?
Thanks!
I prefer Damien.
Some mn suggestions are: Michael, Samuel, Thomas, Silas, Miles, Peter, Phillip, Ross, Russell, Charles, and Joseph.
I like Damien better. Damian looks like it should be pronounced Day-me-anne vs. Damien= Day-me-ehn.
Damien James
Damien Alexander
Damien Michael

My older brother's name is Damian Michael.
KittyMarie219:I like the -ien spelling. For some reason, the spelling with the two A's in it bugs me.
I completely agree...when I look at the two names, I have a much more positive reaction to Damien...although I have no idea why that would be!

Big fan of Damien, that's my son's name! I agree with the PP that "Damian" seems like it needs to be pronounced Dami-anne. Bleh.
DS's MN is Andrew. I like Alexander, too. Also Damien James.
