I know that my nausea is better when I snack, but absolutely nothing sounds good. Even the giant bowl of Halloween candy is untouched.

Pretzel sticks have been my go to snack the past week or so, sometimes I have cheese cubes with them for a little dairy.
Right now I am having peppermint tea, a pomegranate, cottage cheese and seasoned ry krisp crackers (just a little of each). What I have really depends on the day though.
