Hi Ladies
I woke up yesterday to find my stomach bulging out like a watermelon. I just completed week 12. I have no clue if i'm bloated or showing??? How can I find out? Is there a way to tell the difference?
Here are a few things I mainly ate the past couple of days:
-Lots of dairy products
-bagels/cream cheese
-white rice
-candy (considering it was Halloween
Then yesterday I cut all these out and went on to eat foods high in fiber such as oatmeal, fruits, veggies, and drank lots of water...
I had a couple light bowel movements (don't mean to share too much here
But my stomach is still big!! How can I pop out like that over night??
Any tips on how to know if i'm just extremely bloated or showing?

I never really popped with my first child, but many of my friends describe something similar to what you are talking about. All of a sudden there was no sucking it in. I would guess you were starting to show. It's about that time anyway.
I felt this way around 10 weeks, one morning I woke up to what looked like a full blown baby bump! It never fully went away, but got a little smaller and then bigger, then smaller depending on time of day. A lot of Bumpies told me it was my guts moving (eww i know) and I was just bloated. But I was 2 weeks less far as you at that point.
But your about at that point where it could be baby. Probably mixed with some bloat of course!
