Woke Up to a Shoker...Am I Bloated or Showing??

Hi Ladies

 

I woke up yesterday to find my stomach bulging out like a watermelon.  I just completed week 12.  I have no clue if i'm bloated or showing??? How can I find out?  Is there a way to tell the difference?  

 Here are a few things I mainly ate the past couple of days:

-Lots of dairy products

-bagels/cream cheese

-white rice

-candy (considering it was Halloween :)

 Then yesterday I cut all these out and went on to eat foods high in fiber such as oatmeal, fruits, veggies, and drank lots of water...

 I had a couple light bowel movements (don't mean to share too much here :)

But my stomach is still big!! How can I pop out like that over night??

 

Any tips on how to know if i'm just extremely bloated or showing?
