I don't know if it really did anything to strengthen my muscles, but I definitely was more comfortable with it on. It keeps everything "in place" and keeps the extra tummy from folding over on the incision.

I had a c-section 6 months ago and a band was talked about but never given to me. Anyone out there try one this late to see if it works or am I too late to try? I am a bellydancer and that has helped get me back because it works my stomach a lot plus I have been trying to do pilates once a week which I think also helps cause it's all working that core area but if anyone else has tips to help get this pooch back to what it was pre-baby I all ears. Thanks.
