I've been having a lot of problems sleeping lately, and my relaxation techniques seem to have stopped working. I've been taking warm baths and reading a book, and it helps a little. SO gives me massages and will sometimes sing as well, and that helps sometimes, but never enough to put me completely to sleep. It used to be I could watch Spongebob Squarepants on Netflix, and that would shut my brain down enough that I would pass out on the couch until someone found me and I'd move to my bed. It's not working anymore.
What are some of the things you find yourself doing at night to relax?
