Why are nursing bras so ugly?

Couldn't they have at least put a little bow in the middle?  These things are the most unfeminine things ever created.  Hmmm...let's only make them come in nude, industrial strength fabrics, and straps as wide as seat belts...and they cost so freaking much in larger cup sizes!!

I got mine at Motherhood.  I wear a C/D cup and got the X  Lg, in white.  It's a sports bra style/type of bra and the straps are actually thin.  It's VERY supportive, and even if BF'ing doesn't work out, I LOVE this bra!

I got one at Motherhood, I love that it has thin straps but it really squishes my boobs together to the point where it's difficult not to show cleavage.

YES! I am so used to my VS Very Sexy collection bras, and these Target nursing bras are super fugly.

I got some awesome ones at Motherhood.They are really comfy and flattering. My FI loves the way they enhance my boobs

I skipped nursing bras all together. I stuck with normal pretty bras in bigger sizes, and when it was time to nurse I just pushed the strap off my shoulder and put the cup under my boob. No big deal. I didn't find it inconvenient at all and will do the same with my next baby.
