Let us guide you along week-by-week!)
I've gained a couple of lbs...could be my obsession with potato chips!
9 weeks tomorrow and Im starving all the time...my boobs are definitely getting bigger and are really sore....
I'm 9 weeks, 3 days! I, too, feel like I'm showing, is it bloating maybe? I feel like my hips and lower abdomen are widening. The first symptom I had besides the missed period was sore boobs that grew in week 5 and 6. They are less sore now and haven't grown since. I was small before, so maybe that's why they hurt so much.We had our first U/S at 8 weeks and saw the heart beat. Trying not to get too excited, as I know much can happen in the next couple weeks.
i've been sick and tired since day one cant wait til 1st trimester is over im tired of waking up three times a night for no reason and having to stop half way to work to pee. plus side to all of this IM HAVING A BABY!!!!!!
I am constantly tired, breast are HUGE and sore, and occasionally nauseous/ headachs-although this is super fun I am looking forward to its subsiding in the next trimester!
We have told our immediate family BUT I am dying keeping such a HUGE secret. I am such an upfront person and a crappy liar...anyone else struggling with feeling like a bit of a sneek? I do want to wait to tell everyone until after the first trimester and second u/s-its my first and I am nervous but I feel sneeky which I am really feeling torn about...
My thoughts on keeping the exciting secret, the people that you want to tell but arnt telling are those who would be there to support you and comfort along with your imediate family if you do have complications..... When we got the positive preg. test my husband called everyone on his phone contact list it freaked me out because I thought OH NO now everyone knows and what if it is ectopic or not a viable pregnancy!! But really thinking about it made me realize that they would find out about my possible miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy if it happend and would rather them be there for me the entire time instead of just when the hard part happend.
Hope this helps...... I told everyone I care about and their excitment and support for us is wonderful...
My husband and I have wanted babies for 6 years, finally we are preg. It is such a wonderful blessing!! I just wanted to share what the past 8 - 9 weeks have been like... Tender breast! My bust size has grown 3 inches somedays they are less tender than others. Around week 7 I became very fatigued and will sleep nearly 11 hr each night and still feel as if I could lay down and sleep anytime, anywhere. My husband and I went in for my first appointment at 7 weeks 4 days and saw and listened to the heartbeat, THE MOST amazing sound I have ever heard. I never expected that moment to be so significant I mean I knew that it would be really neat to hear but I felt the bond at that moment! I only get nauseous when I am hungry or if I eat too much. Thankfully no morning sickness .... yet so lets hope I continue to only have tender breast, fatigue and only nauseous if im hungry!! Hope you all are as excited as I am to start showing.... I feel like I am "kind of" showing but guess it is probably more bloating than showing and I started with extra belly fat sooo......... bring on the baby bump!!
I'm 9 weeks 1 day today and I've noticed a little bulge and snuggness in the waistline also. Just got a bella band so that I can leave my pants unbuttoned and slightly unzipped without everyone noticing. It's AWESOME. :c) Also, not only have I had to get a larger cup size, but a larger band size in my bra as well! Just read in a pregnancy yoga book that our ribcage and lungs expand so we can take in more oxygen for baby. Makes sense to me, I suppose. FYI if you see an informercial for the Ahh Bra or if you happen to be in Walgreens (they sell it there too) GET IT!! It is soooo comfey and supportive without being too tight or constrictive for sore breasts and it only costs 20 bux. :c)
