May-ell?  I have no idea.  It's pretty on paper, but I don't think you'd have a lot of luck getting a correct pronunciation.

What about Mable or Mae or Millie?

either May-el or My-el...  But if you are scratching your head as much as we are then maybe it not the greatest name. JMO

Mah - el?  I taught a male student named Myell and it reminds me of the pronounciation of his name.

And then I would suggest Mireille as an alternative. Not that that's any easier to spell or say, but I think it's pretty.

It looks pretty. My first thought of how to pronounce it is as "male" or "May-Ella"
