I am a Diet Pepsi/Coffee fiend. However, my dr. said to limit my caffeine intake to one cup of coffee in the morning and one at night. So that's what I've been doing (I think I would give my right arm for a cigarette and a cup of coffee right now!!!) Her suggestion is that I drink a gallon of water a day. Blech..boring. Just wondering what everyone is drinking or if anyone has any ideas for a beverage that has no caffeine and is a bit more tasty than plain old water! I was doing the hot water and lemon for a while, but that got old quickly.
