Maybe try benadryl. My OB gave me the OK for taking two before bed time. I wish I could take chamomile tea, but it's not on the approved list It's really great for relaxing before bed.

I know others on the board have also taken Tylenol PM if things get too bad. Being extremely sleep deprived is very not helpful near the end of pregnancy, maybe call your care provider tomorrow and see what they recommend?
Both Tylenol PM and Benedryl are approved for sleep. I have taken both throughout my pregnancy (not at the same time of course) and they do help quite a bit.
