Hello ladies!
I figured I better introduce myself since I started answering some posts over here. My DH and I have been married for almost 3 years (together for 6) and we have an 18 month old daughter. We actually tried for almost a year to get pregnant the first time and ended up seeing a specialist. We both had some tests run and were extremely lucky to get a BFP after my HSG was performed. I was mostly concerned because I had a partial hysterectomy when I was in my early 20s because I was born with a condition that left me with 2 uterus (during my procedure one uterus was removed and one ovary was removed due to endo they found while they were in there), so I am functioning with one ovary and a smaller than normal uterus. Long story short, sorta, we know that DD is truely our miracle baby.
This time around we have been trying for 4 months and I am trying not to get discouraged because I know it could take awhile. I am new to charting, so I have checked out FF, but need to read more about it to really get the hang of it.
Re: New to this Board (kinda long)
Why hello! Okay, first of all...your little girl is absolutely adorable! Okay, now I can say welcome to the board Haha!
Fertility Friend is an awesome tool! It isn't too hard to get the hang of, but I'm also still learning!
It is so nice to hear that you were able to get pregnant after an HSG especially with having an ovary removed! She really is your miracle baby! That is awesome!
There are a lot of really great women here! You've come to the right place for support! I look forward to seeing you around the board! Best wishes to you!
