Pregnant with twins

Hi..I'm 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow and is carrying twins. I keep getting twitches in my belly as if the babies are kicking,would it be too soon for that to happen?

    They are old enough to be moving, but everything I've read says it's too early to feel anything, but who knows? I have felt little twitches (this is my 2nd baby) and I think maybe its gas bubbles or stretching ligaments... (I'm 12 wks)

    I started feeling my twins move somewhat consistently (at least 3-4 days a week) around 13 weeks.  VERY faint but I knew it was them and not gas or something.  Gas never made me feel fluttery haha
