How long *should* it take to put together a kid's bike

We got our twins 16 inch bikes for Easter.  DH is probably capable of putting them together, but works so much that it might be a time constraint.  How long does it really take?  TIA.

    It took DH a couple of minutes to put together my son's bike last year.  Like maybe 10?  But he's an engineer.  It would probably have taken me about an hour.

    DD#1 just got a bike two weeks ago and DH was out of town for work so she and I put it together. It took maybe half an hour. It was easier than I expected.

    It took me 10 min to put DD scooter together last weekend.  A bike, I am think 30 minutes.  However we have only purchased assembled bikes....so I don't really have experience there.

    A bike without handbrakes? Took me less than 30 min with DS helping me.

    A bike with handbrakes? I don't know since I buy those assembled Stick out tongue
