the never ending first period???????

Hey Ladies-

 So my lil prince will be 9 weeks old tomorrow Smile Between the "lochia" lasting 4-6 weeks and what I think was a period starting at about week 7 I have been bleeding since he was born :(- dr says normal and I have begun birth control pills thinking that it would have lightened it or stoped it (i know foolish right) but no such luck and I was just curious if anyone else went thru this and if their is any thing I could do??

    No advice on how to make it stop, but you're not alone! My "lochia" ended at 5 weeks, and a few days later I got my period which I still have! :-(

    I've practically been bleeding is some shape or form (even with one pack of BCP down) for almost the entire 9 weeks.  I'm on the "off" week of BCP and Aunt Flo is the heaviest period of my entire life.
