Lately during the day I'm starving all day long. As in I can eat my lunch and ask my coworker is she remembered me eating because my stomach is growling. I'm trying to eat healthy and filling foods and I eat snacks through out the day but I'm worried about overeating and not being healthy. I'm 16weeks now and only gained about 1lb.
So my question is are you ladies just hungry all the time or do you have a schedule that you and your belly can stick with?
