Does anyone know if you can breastfeed on Zoloft or if there are any other medications like this that you can breastfeed on? Thanks!
yes Zoloft is one of the safer drugs for breastfeeding.
if you need it, take it.
I don't type posts; I type novels.
I took it for almost a year (50mg) and neither DS or the little boy I donated to experienced any side effects. Our pedi and the pedi of the boy I donated to were both fine with it.
As PP said, there are studies showing no zoloft in mom's BM, especially when on less than 100mg per day.
