My goal is to wait as long as possible to tell anyone. Telling parents after the first US/ around 8 weeks, and others after the first trimester is over. I'm concerned that I won't be able to hide it at work if my m/s is too bad. I get nauseated at work a fair amount as it is.

Once the kids are in school, I would want to be working again and since I'm a nurse, I wouldn't want to be out of practice for an extended period of time.

If not, how will you decorate a neutral nursery? Benjamin Moore has this beautiful, bold green color called Pear Green that I've always dreamed of using for a nursery (I used to work in paint ... I'm not THAT crazy!). The theme would be based around that as a wall color.
Favorite boy and girl names? We like Irish names, Gavin, Connor, Regan, Bridget are some of the names we've tossed around. Nothing's been decided though.
SAHM? The plan is for me to run my own business from home. If working - how long would you take off for maternity leave? If I'm at a full time job I'll take the maximum time I am allowed and then perhaps another 4-8 weeks unpaid if necessary.

Will you find out the sex of your baby? Nope--we hadnt planned on finding out the sex of DS but I had a really complicated pregnancy and had 2 ultrasounds a week so we caved and found out. We cant wait to be surprised next time around!
If not, how will you decorate a neutral nursery? We did a gender neutral nursery for DS so that we wouldnt have to redecorate for future kids. We did creams and pale greens and yellows w/ a classic pooh theme. It's very "baby" which is what we were going for.

I am either going to draw a little heart on my stomach that says "Hi Dad" in the middle and wait for him to notice when we're getting ready for bed or brushing our teeth in the morning or something. Or I always harass him with cheesy pick up lines and sometimes I text message them to him. My thought is to start with the cheesy pick up lines and then when I switch to text messages, I will text message him the picture of the positive hpt with a message similar to a cheesy pick up line.

Favorite boy and girl names? not sure for another boy, Emma for a girl
SAHM? If working - how long would you take off for maternity leave? I would probably stay home for at least 6 months with another baby. Just started a part-time job after 1.5 years with DS.
Will you go on a "babymoon"? If so, when during the pregnancy and where? No
How long will you wait to tell friends and fam? until after that magic 12 week appt
How will you tell SO? he is usually around when I test

Favorite boy and girl names? Boy will likely by Nolan. DH likes Jillian for girl, I like Josephine after my Grammie (Sophie for short which is my great grandma or Phenie)
SAHM? If working - how long would you take off for maternity leave? I don't think I can completely give up working, I will likely work part time or per diem. Once the kids are in school, I would want to be working again and since I'm a nurse, I wouldn't want to be out of practice for an extended period of time.
Will you go on a "babymoon"? If so, when during the pregnancy and where? Def!!! Because I know I will be high risk, probably no where further than a few hours away... maybe just the Poconos or something.
How long will you wait to tell friends and fam? Our parents will know right away, and my sister. Everyone else we want to try to wait until close to 2nd tri.
How will you tell SO? Not sure yet. I think about this all the time.

Will you go on a "babymoon"? Probably not an extended thing. Maybe a 3-day weekend If so, when during the pregnancy and where? Probably more of a staycation at a resort in our state.
How long will you wait to tell friends and fam? Family and close friends we'd probably tell after the first appointment at about 8 weeks. Everyone else would find out after we get through the 1st tri.
