The left side of my nose is sooo stopped up! I have blown and blown until it is just raw. Any recommendations as to something I can take? I have a low milk supply as it is and dont want to make it worse by taking a medicine :/

Humidifier, neti pot, neti stick (sold at Whole Foods).
a squirt or two of Afrin nasal spray is safe when breastfeeding and shouldn not effect your supply. use for a day or two, much longer and you'll get a rebound stuffy nose from it.
plain mucinex (not mucinex dm) is safe for breastfeeding, it thins nasal secretions so you can blow more effectively and should do nothing to your supply.
a little bit of vicks vapor rub below your nose may help
raise the head of your bed. humidifier. saline nose drops. be sure you plug one side of your nose and blow the other side, then switch, rather than trying to plug both sides at once.
