Re: Another bpic share!

  • Wowwww. Did you take this yourself? If so, you're really talented. I love how blown the majority of the picture is.

Talent, girl. You got it. And if you got it...flaunt it.

  • What camera/lens did you use for this?

  • I LOVE your WORK!

You must have studied with my favorite photographer:

    http://www.johngblair.com/

I can't decide which I like better... your insanely overly done cheap backlighting accented by probably 15 actions, OR his flat outdoor fill flash.

You should write a book, too!!!  I personally would love to know YOUR step-by-step!!!

    A 50 1.4 isn't a "very expensive lens", fwiw. :)

Exactly what I was thinking, that is probably the least expensive lens I own.

  • I'm going to guess it's more like a 50mm 1.8.

...that must not AF on your body.

    Because, wow.

  • I dont know what you guys are talking about. The wrinkles in the back drop really gives the picture a more "real" look, and the blown spots really bring out the brown in her eyes.
  • NO sweetie, 24-70 f2.8.  You probably would not know anything about that though!
  • exactly!  The boudoir Divas look is what I strive for!  I even when to one of their classes.

I'd love to know 1 - what software you used to change the exif data and 2 - why you went through the trouble? :)

    Amazing in my book.

  • Oooh! You TOTALLY put Laura in her place.

Word on the street is that she doesn't even know what an f/stop is.

    Riiiiight.

  • Holy S!

Thank you for pulling the EXIF data... the fact that this was taken 2 days ago ALMOST makes me think that this is a real person.

That would be like a dream come true.

ETA: Please, oh please, share more!

  • wow, thanks for going through all the trouble of pulling the info! I'm a good photography as I have tons of fan on my fb page and my website is hot. I charge $500 for a basic package and girls are flocking to have me take their pictures. So don't hate!

That would be "photographer", you are not a "good photography".  And why lie about what lens you were using, there is nothing wrong with a 50mm 1.4, it's a great lens but lying is odd.  And your PS is great too but LR can do a great job in recovering some of those blown spots, well, not really spots though.
