Fish Oil. My firends mother took it right before she had all of her four kids. I have also heard from other people that it works to help labor move along.

You must be thinking of evening primrose oil (epo) or castor oil. Fish oil is taken as a supplement for DHA and EPA Omega-3 fatty acids so I am not sure how that help help induce labor considering a lot of women take it throughout PG.
Re: Let's list home induction methods...
Eggplant Parmesean
Walking
Spicy Food
Castor Oil
Sidewalk walking... One foot on the sidewalk one off...
cesar salad dressing (a certain type and of course I can't remember the name)
olive oil.
