Whether they work or not:
Sidewalk walking... One foot on the sidewalk one off...
cesar salad dressing (a certain type and of course I can't remember the name)
Scrubbing kitchen floor on hands and knees
I'VE TRIED IT ALL!!!! lol
-chinese food-jumping rope-galloping [haha!]-pressure point in your hand between thumb and pointer [actually works for getting rid of headaches too!]-marching up and down stairs
Breast pump. This worked wonders for me in labor. I was stalled and this was a huge jump start.
*Edit*: Obviously this is for when you're clearly and safely ready to go into labor.
Here's a list of everything I did the week that I went into labor (at 37 weeks)
drove over speed bumps
put my belly to the full moon
eggplant rollatini with extra garlic 2x
hard tacos with lots of hot sauce
pumped my boobs for 5 minutes each side
did 10 squats every half hour for a few hours.. next day my water broke
JenNAnt879:Fish Oil. My firends mother took it right before she had all of her four kids. I have also heard from other people that it works to help labor move along.
You must be thinking of evening primrose oil (epo) or castor oil. Fish oil is taken as a supplement for DHA and EPA Omega-3 fatty acids so I am not sure how that help help induce labor considering a lot of women take it throughout PG.
