Birthday hats made! (PIP)

We are doing a cookie monster theme for our monster. I had seen this on a birthday blog and copied the idea. I am generally not crafty but these were easy and I am pretty proud of myself. I am going to put two of them on each table as a center piece (long tables square tables so I will put them kind of at the ends of the middle-kwim?) and then have the rest for the kiddos. What do you all think?
